Our National Contact Centre is looking for passionate Donor Service Consultants to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide heartfelt service, encouraging donors to make life-saving blood and plasma donations, through a mix of outbound and inbound calls.

Training and Rostering
We offer flexible working arrangements to suit various preferences, with both full-time and part-time roles available. Here’s what you can expect:
- Training: Successful candidates will receive a comprehensive 4-week training program, delivered in the office from 9am to 5pm daily. Following this, there will be a further 4-week consolidation period, with primarily in-office support.
- Flexible Work Options: After the initial training period, we offer hybrid work-from-home arrangements for added flexibility.
- Full-Time Schedule: 12-week rotating roster between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 Saturday per rotation.
- Part-Time Schedule: While the first 4 weeks of training are full-time, flexible part-time options will be available afterward. Specific part-time options will be available during the application process.
