The Role
Our ideal candidate would actively participate in Engineering and Safety forums as the Governance and Assurance lead; liaise with contractors to ensure best outcomes for Defence; provide recommendation on, review and approve Engineering plans, deliverables and engineering artefacts across multiple complex systems; provide Governance and Assurance across the wider engineering team; continuously improve internal engineering processes and business practices. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated aptitude for Engineering across multiple systems in the communications field and strong interpersonal skills for articulation of complex issues to executive teams. A robust understanding of Defence Engineering (DASR-ANSP) and risk acceptance framework is highly desirable.

Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidates will have a background in either system engineering or communications engineering, with a proven record of achievement and recognised professional skills and competencies. They will also have proven experience managing a team.
