Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors to Clear Ears in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Schedule appointments for clients and coordinate availability with medical professionals.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records using computer systems or specialized software.
- Respond to client inquiries, provide information about our services, and address any concerns or requests they may have.
- Provide general administrative support, including sorting mail, managing office supplies, and performing other clerical tasks as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, presentable, and welcoming to visitors.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and a positive client experience.
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn, and enthusiastic, professional and friendly demeanour is a must!
- VCE or TAFE diploma.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic office software.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
