Entry Level Receptionist

Responsibilities:
 

• Greet and welcome visitors to Clear Ears in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Schedule appointments for clients and coordinate availability with medical professionals.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records using computer systems or specialized software.
• Respond to client inquiries, provide information about our services, and address any concerns or requests they may have.
• Provide general administrative support, including sorting mail, managing office supplies, and performing other clerical tasks as needed.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, presentable, and welcoming to visitors.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and a positive client experience.

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn, and enthusiastic, professional and friendly demeanour is a must!
• VCE or TAFE diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Proficiency in using computers and basic office software.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
