In this role you will oversee all aspects of event coordination, from pre-planning to execution, and work closely with the team to build and maintain an organized warehouse environment. If a fast paced, every day is different environment is your thing, then this is the role for you.m

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Full and current driver's license.
• Strong multitasking skills and deadline management.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and evenings, depending on event schedules.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete admin tasks such as emails, supply orders, and warehouse inventory.
• Resolve logistical issues.
• Prepare for events, including ordering produce, branding, packing, logistics, styling, and set up.
• Oversee the setup and delivery of events.
