THE ROLE

We are looking for a brand-focused enthusiastic, confident, and deadline-driven experienced graphic designer specialising in Brand Identity and Logo Design who can work well under pressure and wants to be part of our in-house marketing team that is collaborative, innovative, and creative.

This is an exciting opportunity working within a very fast-paced environment that requires a quick turnaround, within a passionate and determined team.

~ NOT A FREELANCE JOB ~

This is a full-time permanent position, working onsite at our Cronulla office. Please DO NOT apply if you are a freelancer or cannot travel to this location on a daily basis.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO :

• working with a style guide and our brand
• conceptual designs for online and print advertising, events, external client branding etc
• a mix of conceptual and templated work
• invitations and collateral design work
• graphics for social media creating ads based on existing brands
• assisting the marketing manager with the company's biggest annual event
• dealing with suppliers and confirming outcomes
• negotiating the best deals from suppliers
• Cooperate with the marketing manager to promote and publicise events
• Working to tight deadlines, and strong communication internally in order to hit the right brief

TO SUCCEED YOU WILL NEED:

• Strong branding designer experience
• intermediate with Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• experience with typography
• previous graphic design experience is necessary
• living in or near the Sutherland Shire is preferred
• must be exceptionally organised and have the ability to prioritise
• ability to work towards tight deadlines
• ability to work within a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
