Experienced Or Senior Quantity Surveyor

Due to continued growth within the Perth office, this leading Project and Cost Management Consultancy is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor for Builtform and/or Infrastructure projects.

You will be working across a diverse range of public and private projects across Commercial, Education, Retail, Defence, Road, Rail, Marine and Communications. We are considering a range of experience from 3years+ experience through to 10years.

You Must Be Proficient In The Following
 

• Proven experience in pre and post contract including costs planning, analysis, contract administration and estimating.
• Proven estimating ability and / or quantity surveying experience including the preparation of engineering estimates, quotes or tenders.
• A background within contracting and / or consultancy experience
• Be a member or eligible for AIQS or RICS
• Advanced computer skills including Estimating software such as Cost X.
