About the role - Holy Spirit School is seeking a full-time Finance Officer. Under the direction of the Principal, you will coordinate financial administration activities and provide support to ensure the school delivers on key reporting deadlines.

Duties Include
 

• Reconciliation of accounts
• Cashier and banking duties
• Data entry, timesheets, and report preparation
• Issuing invoices and school fees
• Managing external contractors
• Project financial support
• Budgeting and auditing requirements and
• Other general administrative office duties as assigned.
