Accountable to the Finance Manager you will support the Central finance team with the follow core activities:
- Effective and efficient review of source documentation for cost data to identify unallowable costs
- Assess allowability of costs incurred in indirect pools based on predetermined criteria
- Use Oracle ERP system for the review of source documentation
- Discuss and understand cost data with relevant stakeholders
- Prepartion of timely journals
- Manage communications to stakeholders impacted by segregation
- Weekly reporting to the Cost Review team on volume of costs reviewed and/or other metrics as deemed appropriate
- Identify and report on trends in costs incurred within specific programs of work
