Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a leading FMCG company in India is looking for a Digital Transformation Leader to understand and align with digital transformation aspirations and lead initiatives to achieve them.

Key Responsibilites:

-Assess and comprehend the current internal state of systems, both in India and on a global scale.

-Identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement in internal processes.

-Develop and articulate a clear vision for the company's digital state.

- Interface with representatives from consulting firms.

- Evaluate proposals from consulting firms, understanding offerings, and ensuring alignment with the company's goals.

- Work closely with internal teams to institute and streamline internal processes and align them with global standards.

- Collaborate to set up milestones and success indicators for the digital transformation project.

Skills Required

- Proven track record with a minimum of 10-15 years in technology transformation and consulting roles.

- Previous consulting-type experience is highly desirable.

- In-depth understanding of digital transformation trends and technologies.

- Experience leading successful digital transformation initiatives.

- Ability to critically evaluate proposals from consulting firms

- Familiarity with the offerings of major players in the technology consulting space.
