MentorConnect is an online mentoring platform that empowers students and young professionals through personalised one-on-one guidance. We connect mentees with mentors who understand the challenges of student life and want to give back in a meaningful way.

As a Tier 1 Mentor, you'll be helping students who need support in managing university life, developing study habits, exploring career paths, and gaining confidence in their academic journey.

✅ Passion for helping others and strong interpersonal skills

✅ Reliable internet connection

🧠 What You’ll Do:

• Deliver personalised 1-on-1 mentoring sessions via our online custom developed platform

• Help mentees with study techniques, time management, academic projects, and career advice

• Adapt your support to meet each student’s unique goals and challenges

• Track mentee progress and contribute to a high-quality mentoring experience

• Work flexibly—mentor 1–10 students per week (or more, if you choose!)
