Description:
As a Front of House Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the effective coordination of visitor services across the Carriageworks precinct. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the Front of House Attendants team.
- Collaborating with the Visitor Experience Manager, Event and Program Producers for event success.
- Delivering diverse events and programs with a focus on excellence.
- Assisting with post-event reporting to enhance future experiences.
- Welcoming visitors through front of house services, audience management, ticketing support, ushering, and guest interaction.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a management capacity in events, hospitality or customer service-based roles.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
