As a Front of House Attendant, you'll be the face of Carriageworks, ensuring that every visitor's experience is nothing short of exceptional. Your tasks will include:

• Welcoming visitors with a smile and providing outstanding customer service.
• Assisting Front of House Managers to coordinate visitor services seamlessly.
• Collaborating with the Visitor Experience Manager and Production Team for event success.
• Managing audience flow, ticketing support, ushering, and cloaking services.
• Interacting with guests, creating a warm and engaging atmosphere.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in events, hospitality or customer service based roles
• Passion for events and a genuine love for connecting with people.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and a team player.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including the capacity to work evenings and weekends.
