Functional Tester

Description:

Mandatory Skill: ETL / Data Migration experience (within utilities sector – distributor experience and not retailer) OR SharePoint experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute functional test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Document defects and support root cause analysis.
• Contribute to test documentation and process improvement.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10+ years in performing functional testing and completing test reports.
• Experience in the Utilities Sector. experience in testing the electricity and gas markets (e.g., MSTATS, CATS, B2B, etc).
• Experience in testing the SAP ISU or SAP ERP.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle in agile environments.
• Strong experience in analysing functional and system requirements to create test cases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
