The Opportunity
As the Graphic Designer you will report into the Brand and Marketing Manager, and will be responsible for creating engaging content for digital communications across all content platforms in line with this contemporary jewellery brand. Content strategy ideation and ensuring the content produced by the brand is insight led and drives performance will be a key part on the role! You will have a love the retail industry and have have the ability to successfully understand and represent the brands tone of voice.
You will:
- Assist with content strategy ideation, ensuring cross-channel cohesiveness in brand execution and storytelling
- Use insights to inform content decision making and drive asset performance in market
- Produce content across a variety of channels including but not limited to social media, website, print and eDM
- Manage time to ensure content deadlines are met
- Coordinate ecommerce photoshoots to produce beautiful, on brand image assets
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create graphic and video assets
- Design and develop web pages in Shopify
- Assist in the video, animation and stop motion production including but not limited to content creation and editing
- Be across social media reporting to understand what is driving engagement across various asset types
- Have a light understand eDM reporting to inform decision making around email content A/B testing
- Create ecommerce photoshoot briefing documentation including shot lists, styling direction and asset inspiration
- Work with the photographer to ensure content captured is on brief
- Create retouching briefs for external retouches
