In your role as Head of Enterprise Resilience, you will support Optus, as a strategic advisor on all resilience matters. You will be accountable for crafting and implementing the expanded enterprise resilience framework and strategy.

• Implement a leading Enterprise Resilience function, which efficiently integrates the Enterprise Resilience management systems of critical infrastructure resilience and assurance, emergency and crisis management and business continuity
• Improve related resilience initiatives and programs such as asset and risk Management, supply chain and technology resilience
• Establish and maintain strategic scenario planning capability for Optus to improve the ability to identify, understand and prepare for potential impacts of external or ambiguous events
• Develop and drive an adaptive resilience mentality to ensure all people understand their respective roles and responsibilities in ensuring the continued delivery of critical services across the country
