HR Truck Driver / Labourer

Based in Dandenong South, this business specialises in the manufacturer and installation of fencing products is currently looking for a punctual, reliable HR Truck Driver that is not afraid of hard work or getting their hands dirty.

Working Monday – Friday 6:00am – 2.06pm + OT you will be reporting to the Production Manager. The position will see you working on a full-time temp basis transitioning into a permanent role after a successful 3-month probation period.

As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up material from various sites. Ideally, you will have recent experience operating a heavy vehicle.

Pay rate = $31.25 per hour + super + overtime

Key duties:

• Deliver and pick up material from site
• Load and unload goods in a safe manner and without damage
• Ensure loads are securely tied down within the vehicles GVM
• Perform various labouring duties as directed by the Production Manager

The success applicant will be required to have:

• At least 2 years HR Truck Driving experience
• Forklift Licence
• Knowledge of Melbourne Metro area
• The ability to work well in a team
• Understand safety principles for yourself and others
• Possess good customer service skills
