Qualifications & Knowledge
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Expert understanding of HR Information Systems (HRIS) administration, database maintenance, and best practices
- Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably TechnologyOne
- Strong knowledge of HR people practices and processes related to systems
Technical Skills
- Solid technical expertise in systems, databases, and integrations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivots)
Experience & Abilities
- Proven customer-service focus with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in HR systems reporting, HR processes, and project management
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated maturity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
