As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will partner closely with our Operations team in Casino and the functional teams within our Sydney Support Centre. In this versatile position, you will oversee the effective implementation of the people strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will play a critical role in shaping our workplace culture and driving performance by influencing key policies, processes, programs, and employee experiences for our talented team members.
 

  • Implement APAC Policies and Processes: Champion, educate, and deliver key policies and processes across the APAC region to foster an engaged, high-performance workplace culture.
  • Talent Management: Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts for new team members in our APAC locations, bringing our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life and ensuring a seamless integration into the organisation.
  • People Development: Implement, coach, and embed key performance and development initiatives, including digitising the learning experience to enhance employee onboarding, growth and capability.
  • Health & Safety Hazard Management: Support and maintain comprehensive Health & Safety strategies and risk management processes, promoting a safety-first workplace culture across all locations.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on Recruitment, Health & Safety, and People metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance across the APAC region with Employment Law and Health & Safety legislation, maintaining adherence to all regulatory requirements.
     

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table:

To Thrive In This Role, You’ll Need:
 

  • 5+ years’ experience in HR Generalist capacity.
  • Strong understanding of Australian Employment Law and Health and Safety legislation.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience working in a Manufacturing and FMCG environment is highly desirable
  • Confident in training facilitation and presenting to groups.
  • Willingness to question the status quo.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and challenge status quo.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
