Exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional to influence positive change and implement innovative HR activities across Gippsland Lakes Complete Health. 

You will be well supported by a team comprising a Senior HR Officer skilled in ER/IR, an HR Officer skilled in end-to-end recruitment and award/agreement interpretation, and 2 x HR Administrators, as well as an experienced Payroll Coordinator and 2 x Payroll Officers. 

The position of HR Manager has become vacant due to internal promotion. Seize the opportunity and join a high functioning team, in an organisation which makes a huge difference to the lives of those in our community.
