Job Purpose

• Accurate and timely processing of assigned work in accordance with the guidelines and rating directives as set out in the Underwriting Authorities and Contractual Binding Agreements
• Ensure that all work queues are up to date and within service level agreements
• Ad-hoc tasks as determined by the Operations Manager Team
• Works effectively and co-operatively with all team members to foster on-going mutual respect and trust to accomplish common team goals and objectives.
• Shares ideas freely and openly. Receives input from others.
• Recognises when compromise is necessary while working towards consensus with a focus on outcomes which reflect the collective need.
