• Dealing with originating motion, damages and statutory benefits litigation;
• Providing written advice and recommendations regarding serious injury, common law and appeals;
• Gathering evidence by interviewing witnesses and obtaining expert reports;
• Preparing and advocating mediation in Supreme and County Court proceedings;
• Knowledge of Court Rules; and
• Management of files.
