Enterprise Technology is a Division within Investment and Technology and provides IT services and technology for DoT delivering Corporate and Enterprise wide capabilities. It performs a central role providing core data services, Cyber leadership and documenting strategic directions for all DoT's Information technology and data.

The Senior Specialist of IT Planning & Partnering sits within Enterprise Technology and is responsible for developing and/or comtributing to the development of Information Technology roadmaps/plans for assigned portfolios by partnering across the Department of Transport, Transport Sector and the wider Whole of Victorian Government (WoVG).

• Stakeholder Management – The Senior Specialist of IT Planning & Partnering has initiated and maintained strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across the Department.
• Digital and Technological Literacy (Applied) – Guides others in operating digital and technology tools relevant to area of work. Understands the impact of internal IT landscape to daily operations; Has broad understanding on implementation activities related to the introduction and ongoing maintenance of new digital and technology tools.
