Iteration Manager

Description:

The Iteration Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the end-to-end release process including active involvement in the planning, design, build, configuration, testing, environment co-ordination (software and cloud infrastructure) to create release packages through to deployment.

A key contributor to the future of digital services at HESTA, the role empowers, leads and coaches cross discipline teams in the Agile and CI/CD methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate planning for build activities including high level, PI and sprint planning
• Lead and coordinate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, retros and Planning
• Manage and track sprint progress
• Lead a continuous improvement culture, and reduction of waste
• Coach the teams on Agile principles and practices to grow agile maturity

You Will Bring To The Role

• Proven experience as an Iteration Manager/Scrum Master
• Strong understanding of Agile behaviours, tools and techniques (e.g. collaboration, work breakdown, automated testing, CI/CD, Scrum, Kanban etc)
• Knowledge of how information and technology contribute to business performance
• Proven delivery track record
