Junior Geotechnical Engineer overview of role / responsibilities:

• Plan and perform field investigations for construction projects using drilling rigs.
• Plan and perform field investigations using hand auger and Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP).
• Prepare field logs during field investigations.
• Prepare logs using drafting software.
• Prepare site plans for reporting purposes.
• Prepare factual reports.
• Prepare interpretive reports as required by the Manager.
• Undertake monitoring of sites using a range of geotechnical instrumentation.
• Analyze geotechnical findings, perform appropriate calculations, and prepare data reports to Manager.
• Perform geotechnical analysis using computer software’s.
• Coordinating and undertaking geotechnical inspections and prepare site inspection reports.
• Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and team members to complete the assigned project on-time.
