Junior Immigration Lawyer

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Immigration Lawyer located in Melbourne, VIC. The Junior Immigration Lawyer will be responsible for handling various types of visa applications, providing legal advice on migration issues, and representing clients in review and appeal processes. Day-to-day tasks include preparing legal documents, conducting client consultations, and staying updated on changes in immigration law.

Qualifications

• Experience with Australian Migration Law, including Partner Visas and Protection Visas
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Client consultation and relationship management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience with judicial and merits review processes is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Melbourne, VIC
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; admission to legal practice in Australia
