Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities to ensure project completion within budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior site management and project teams to understand project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, plans, and drawings.
• Provide support in managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and maintaining accurate records of construction activities.
• Collaborate with the site team to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
• Assist in managing and coordinating the work of site personnel, including laborers, tradespeople, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the construction industry, preferably 3+ years in a Site Supervisor role delivering projects $10m and above

• Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Trade Qualified
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
