We have a new opportunity for a compulsory third party (CTP) lawyer to join our thriving Statutory Insurance NSW practice in Newcastle, working with a highly regarded team. The successful candidate will have between 3-4 years of post-admission experience in the defence of personal injury claims, specifically in CTP / motor vehicle accidents. The role would be well suited to a lawyer with experience in managing their own files under the supervision of a Partner.

This is a genuine growth role for the right candidate, offering the opportunity for career progression within a supportive and nurturing environment.

Skills And Experience

We are keen to hear from candidates with the following skills and experience:
 

• 3-4 years of post-admission experience;
• experience working in the personal injury space, specifically in defence of CTP claims;
• clear, concise legal writing skills; and
• strong attention to detail.
