Description:

The successful candidate will join a growing Construction team, advising on complex disputes arising from major infrastructure projects across New South Wales. The role involves high-value litigation, arbitrations, and regulatory advice.

The lawyer will advise on some of the most high-profile and significant projects, while advising a client base spanning contractors and government bodies.

Essential Criteria:

• 2+ years’ PQE;
• Construction (back-end) experience;
• Technically excellent;
• Organisation skills;
• Commercial awareness;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Team player;
• Strong communication skills.
