The firm now has a new opportunity available for a Associate level Employment/Workplace Relations Lawyer to become a pivotal player in this well regarded Employment & Safety Team.

This team has exceptional experience across all areas of employment law including: industrial relations, workplace/enterprise agreements, termination of employment, employment contracts, anti-discrimination and occupational health and safety.

About You...

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

• Ideally, 2-5 yrs exp. (eg. Associate level) as an Employment Lawyer within a recognised private practice law firm;
• Highly developed analytical and drafting skills;
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to deal with a diverse range of clients from varied industries and backgrounds;
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce high quality work;
• Strong organisational and management skills;
• The ability to provide guidance to less experienced colleagues, work autonomously and as part of a team.
