Lead Consultant

As a Lead Consultant, you’ll work with top-tier businesses, designing and implementing scalable Anaplan solutions that optimize financial, workforce, and sales planning. If you love problem-solving and working with the latest tech, this role is for you!

Responsibilities
 

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Anaplan solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable models.
• Develop Anaplan models for FP&A, Workforce Planning, Sales & Quota Planning, ICM, and Project Planning.
• Work on Sales application solutions, including Sales Crediting, Compensation, Booking, and Planning.


 

Experience & Expertise

• 3+ years in designing and delivering Anaplan planning solutions.
• 2+ successful Anaplan implementations.
• Strong experience with RDBMS (Oracle) & PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in: FP&A, Workforce Planning, Sales & Quota Planning, Incentive Compensation, Management (ICM). Project Planning, Advanced Anaplan Skills.
• Technical expertise in PlanIQ, New UX, ALM using New UX, PLANUAL 2.0
• Experience with Sales Crediting, Compensation, Booking, and Planning.
• Anaplan L1, L2, L3 or Architect Certified.
