Lead Educators

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Develop, implement, and evaluate programs that foster the holistic development of children.
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and inclusion of all children.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with families and the community.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of children's learning and development.
• Collaborate with the Centre Director to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a Lead Educator role, preferably in a long day care setting.
• A strong understanding of the EYLF, National Quality Standards (NQS), and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certification (or willingness to obtain)
