Your new role

QBE’s AUSPAC Technology function is currently seeking an experienced Lead Platform Engineer. Joining the organisation in a period of significant modernisation, your role will manage multiple digital technology platforms and drive efficiency and improvement.

On a regular basis, in this role you’ll find yourself:

• Working with stakeholders across the function and value streams to prioritise and deliver work
• Providing technical leadership in design, development and deployment of QBE’s digital platforms
• Consulting with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational priorities
• Leading a small team of Engineers and providing guidance, support and mentorship
