Leader Contracts Management

Description:

This role is responsible for leading a small dynamic team who contribute to TasNetworks’ performance using external contract service providers. Whilst leading this team the role is also responsible for managing service provider contracts and ensuring their effective contribution to the successful delivery of TasNetworks’ Works Program.

Working towards effective business relationships and efficient and customer focussed outcomes, responsibilities may also include:
 

• Developing and implementing contract strategies to support the resourcing needs within the Program of Works (PoW)
• Ensure contracts are managed effectively throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and tracking key performance metrics
• Forster a risk-based approach and drive accountability for contracts with both internal and external stakeholders
• Managing operational and commercial performance, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Establish and implement reporting tools to monitor contract performance against Key Result Areas
