Description:

We are seeking lecturers/senior lecturers for casual, part-time and full-time roles to contribute to designing, delivering, and continuously improving high-quality, student-centred learning activities and assessments for the Bachelor of Business (Entrepreneurship), the Bachelor of Information Technology, and the Bachelor of Social Work. Part-time and full-time academics will also have opportunities to contribute to curriculum development and to a range of continuous improvement activities to improve teaching, learning, and assessment across the College. Joining at a pivotal time in the development of the college, this position offers an opportunity to make a difference.

2. Key Accountabilities

Casual lecturers/senior lecturers are responsible for:

· Contributing to departmental teaching in areas of expertise.

· Maintaining and improving teaching and assessment materials to ensure positive student outcomes and student experience.

· Contributing to a positive culture within the department aligned with Sydney Met values, including promoting respect, inclusion, and teamwork when engaging with staff across the College.

· Implementing strategies from the Sydney Met Strategic Plan and Teaching and Learning Plan at departmental level as required.

· Maintaining scholarly activity and research as appropriate to the role.
