• Identification of operational excellence opportunities and lead projects

• Manage the technical team to lead and drive claims philosophy

Your background will include;

• Extensive life insurance claims experience ideally across group and retail
• Highly developed stakeholder management skills and relationships with reinsurers
• Team and/or project management skills
• Reinsurance claims experience will be highly regarded
