Estia Health Epping is set in a vibrant residential area close to public transport and shopping centres including Epping Plaza. This single level residence with recently refurbished surroundings, welcomes visitors through its tree-lined entry and provides ample onsite parking.
Estia Health LOCATION is looking for an experienced Lifestyle Officer to join our team on a Part Time basis working across a range of morning, afternoon and evening shifts.

Our Lifestyle Officer/Assistant is responsible for delivering engaging lifestyle programs to support the social and physical well-being of our residents;

• Build genuine relationships with our residents
• Plan, implement and maintain lifestyle programs in line with our residents’ needs and preferences
• Support the Lifestyle Coordinator
• Maintain appropriate documentation and contributing to quality compliance
• Upskill opportunities to the Lifestyle Coordinator role

You will bring to the role your passionate and caring nature, coupled with your great sense of humour and lust for life!

• Previous experience in a Lifestyle role (Aged care highly regarded)
• Currently studying a Certificate IV in Lifestyle or an interest to study.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Innovative ideas to develop strategies to increase client participation
• A pro-active and energetic self-starter with a strong customer service focus
• An eagerness to grow and develop your aged care career
