Maintenance Officer

Description:

The Maintenance Officer is responsible for the remedial and preventative maintenance programs for both our Residential and Retirement sites ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
 

• Providing day-to-day and effective preventative maintenance services and inspections at our Residential and Retirement sites ensuring a prompt high quality service is provided.
• Performing general building duties including light refurbishments, scheduled and emergency repairs including accurately maintaining records.
• Participating in after hours emergencies on call responsibilities as required, shared with the site Maintenance Team Leader.
• Liaising with suppliers and external contractors as required.
