Maintenance Supervisor

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic and successful team. As a valued member of the Maintenance team and reporting directly to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for:
 

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of maintenance trades and step-up supervisors.
• Developing and mentoring co-workers.
• Maintain a high level of positive safety performance and workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment, and application of the company values.
• Provide technical guidance to maintenance activities to provide a high standard.
   

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
 

• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
• Trade qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical field.
• Previous experience in the industry.
• Proven experience leading teams through high volume maintenance activities.
• Sound working knowledge of SAP and Asset Management systems.
• Completion of Frontline Management qualifications and S1, S2 and G2 training will be highly regarded. Delivering service and expertise required to sustain high levels of safety, availability,
