About The Role

Reporting to the Associate Director Trades, as the Manager Plumbing & Safety Services your key responsibilities include:
 

• Providing educational, strategic leadership and development in the operation of vocational education and services within the Plumbing & Safety Services team.
• Drive the development of innovative delivery models and opportunities to enhance student outcomes and facilitate Chisholm growth and financial performance
• Deliver practical solutions that drive compliance, risk reduction, and positive business outcomes.
• Ensure operational activities are appropriately resourced, monitored and evaluated according to the overarching operations strategy.
• Champion and support the implementation of Chisholm’s new Strategic Plan 2025-2029
