Supporting the Marketing Executive on the CBD Office/Retail precinct, you will contribute to social media, events, web and app content, campaign co-ordination, precinct communication requirements, photo and video shoots.

Your daily duties will include:

• Work with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive alongside the wider Retail/Office team to develop and implement campaigns
• Support delivery of welcome initiatives for commercial office tenants and retail campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop and support the implementation of marketing campaigns
• Coordinate event and activation logistics (bump-in and bump-out)
• Support influencer engagement initiatives
• Liaise with internal teams to deliver weekly eDMs and associated content
• Manage the promotion of precinct retailers, ensuring all web & app is up to date
• Draft campaign briefs including graphic design briefs, photography, and videography briefs
• Provide administrative support on marketing budgets including raising purchase orders
• Other administrative and general marketing duties as required

To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes:

• 1-2 + years’ experience in a Marketing administration role required, open to considering internship experience
• Must have experience in a Retail Centre or Corporate Office environment
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written required
• Qualifications in marketing, communications or similar required
• Experience and understanding of social media highly regarded
• Team Player with ability to work collaboratively
• Self-motivated with positive attitude and attention to detail
• Great time management skills and a “finisher”
