Marketing & Communications Associate

Description:

The Marketing & Communications Associate is responsible for executing a range of tasks to deliver marketing objectives across the Bellrock group. As part of a dynamic inhouse team you will be capable of delivering seamless inhouse and external promotions and events, demonstrating strategic thinking, creativity and attention to detail.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will play a key role in supporting the full range of Bellrock’s marketing activities including:

• Developing compelling marketing content including articles, press releases and promotional content
• Ongoing management of marketing database
• Social media content creation and scheduling
• Creating and editing reports and presentations including layout design, formatting and proof reading
• Drafting inhouse and external communications including EDM
• Planning and execution of strategic client and partner events
• Updates to website.

About you

• Tertiary qualification in marketing or similar
• At least 3 years relevant experience in a similar role
• Willingness to contribute to a high performance team environment with a positive and proactive approach to work
• Ability to build rapport and foster successful professional relationships internally and externally
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• High level of care and attention to detail
• Ability to problem solve with a balance of creativity and practicality
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft programs
• Adobe creative suite experience highly regarded
• Experience across marketing platforms (website, EDM, CRM).
