Marketing Coordinator

This locally owned franchise business has an established reputation across Australia boasting quality products and efficient services. There is currently an opportunity for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the team.

Reporting through to the Marketing Manager, you will be accountable for providing generalist marketing support through to the marketing team of 4 and to the network of franchisees. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and franchise network to ensure a positive experience
• Fielding incoming requests to the marketing team across brand marketing and LAM
• Developing and managing the social media calendar including content for advertising nationally
• Owning internal communications of the marketing tea, including a weekly eNewsletter
• Providing reporting on LAM marketing activity, providing recommendations for improvement
• Assisting with creation of marketing and sales collateral

To be considered for interview, you must have:

• Qualifications within marketing or business
• Experience within a marketing administration or coordinator role
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to pick up new systems, experience with Canva Enterprise will be looked upon favourably
• The ability to build and develop great stakeholder relationships – perhaps within an agency environment
