Marketing Coordinator

The Position:
This is a part time role for approximately 20 hours per week (flexible days & times). You will be reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for a variety of tasks some of which will include

The Duties:
 

• Assist with advertising, communications and promotions through various mediums for both existing and new customers.
• Assist with website content and maintenance.
• Prepare regular reporting and analysis on market trends, competitors and website performance.
• Coordinate all events including, training, staff and client meetings and corporate events.
• Database management
• Assist with all marketing collateral.
• Manage all administrative duties in the team.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Other tasks as required.

The Requirements:

• Strong proven experience in a similar role
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Your knowledge, interest and experience within social media marketing will be a definite advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Very strong organisational skills.
