About The Role
 

  • Oversee the development of marketing strategies and campaigns that Consumer Partners are delivering to potential and existing customers, driving growth through white label or co-branded offerings.
  • Lead the development of annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans in consultation with the Consumer Partners teams, Marketing and Digital Centres of Excellence
  • Lead the crafting of compelling propositions and marketing briefs, that effectively position our Consumer Partners in the market and deliver against business and financial objectives.
  • Oversee the development of a library of integrated advertising, retail, and owned channel campaigns that partners are implementing under their own brand, or as a co-branded offering.
  • Ensure all advertising materials and campaigns are aligned and consistent with the Allianz brand and customer value proposition.
     

About You
 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B, B2C marketing, advertising, local area marketing, or a related role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of marketing campaign methodologies, life cycles, and common Martech platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in using customer insight, sales, and channel data to create value.
  • Highly developed influencing skills, demonstrating the ability to co-create strategy and valuable data-informed solutions with key business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated evidence of successfully managing and delivering projects and programs, within time, budget, and resource constraints, with a risk mindset.
  • Extensive experience within a marketing or agency environment, with demonstrated understanding of end-to-end marketing systems, processes, and operations.
  • Demonstrated commercial focus and acumen, with advanced budget management skills and experience.
  • Proven capability and resilience in managing multiple complex programs across matrix organizations, with diverse stakeholders (internal and external) and tight timings.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes.
