Marketing Project Manager

 

Description:

As a critical member of Marketing team, your role as Marketing Project Manager is to lead the end-to-end delivery of both strategic and tactical projects that support the marketing team’s strategic priorities within the SATC’s organisational plan. You'll be the crucial point of contact for all campaigns and a communication conduit between internal departments and external agencies. This is a fast-paced and exciting role that is pivotal in the development, implementation and delivery of brand and consumer marketing projects for South Australia on a local and national level.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with project sponsors, broader marketing team and assigned project members to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget and timing for new initiatives.
  • Participate in the planning and development of a year-round marketing calendar.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing activities are fully integrated and leveraged to their full potential.
  • Manage project teams and coordinate and delegate tasks accordingly.
  • Establish and implement strong project governance that ensures regular reporting and evaluation for steering committee, senior leadership team and project stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage budgets for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals and objectives.
