Medical Manager

Description:

Our respective client is seeking a Medical Manager whose role is to provide medical strategies and manage operational and medical support for local and country-specific medical/scientific-marketing activities in alignment with the product.

The role will include managing a team of 5 MSLs and will hold oversight for the three pillars of the function which are medical training, medical information and medical affairs.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong Medical Lead. Preferably at least 4 years of experience working as a Medical Manager within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven managerial experience with the ability to train and develop a team of 5.
• Ideally, you have experience in Dermatology or Aesthetic products however, strong pharmaceutical product experience is attractive.
• You are a people-person who loves to communicate with healthcare professionals at a peer-to-peer level and develop deep and long-lasting relationships.
• You are a team player – pro-active, reliable, diplomatic, and flexible with the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
