An incredible opportunity exists to join a team of highly motivated leaders and collaborative partners to drive a first-of-its-kind initiative to develop sustainable commercially-sponsored and investigator-initiated clinical trial portfolios across a vast rural, regional and remote footprint in Northern NSW.

The Rural, Regional and Remote Clinical Trial Enabling Program (R3-CTEP) is a Commonwealth-funded initiative aiming to deliver more equitable access to clinical trials for patients in rural, regional and remote NSW.

A key activity of the R3-CTEP is establishing three Clinical Trial Support Units across the state.

The Northern NSW R3 Clinical Trial Support Unit (CTSU) incorporates a Northern Cluster of Local Health Districts - Hunter New England, Mid-North Coast, Northern NSW and the Central Coast.

• The Clinical Trials Operations & Quality Manager of the Northern NSW R3 Clinical Trial Support Unit (CTSU) oversees clinical trial coordination and site support functions including trial performance, quality improvement and training.
• This role will see you develop and implement strategies to facilitate high quality clinical trial activity, monitoring and reporting and provide sound advice to the Northern Cluster Manager.
• The Clinical Trials Operations and Quality Manager will be part of the Northern NSW R3 Clinical Trial Support Unit core leadership team and will be supported by the Cluster Manager and Cluster Director.
