Our Op Shops team are responsible for bringing their creative flair to create visually appealing and contemporary Op Shops. Our aim is to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way all while offering positive customer experiences, high-level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management, achieving sales targets, and celebrating Uniting’s culture.
 

Your skills and experience

You will have a passion for fashion, charity retail or the creative, a flair for visual merchandising and demonstrated experience in managing retail stores.

You will also have knowledge of brands and fashion trends and have the ability to develop, mentor and motivate a dynamic team of employees and volunteers.
