Operations Manager

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager who combines expertise in healthcare management with a deep understanding of Christian organisations. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing administrative staff, and developing quality systems and management practices to extend the current capabilities of the clinical and client care teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and patient care.
• Coordinate with denominational and Christian NGOs to enhance community engagement and collaborative initiatives.
• Develop operational and clinical policies reflecting best practices in mental health care.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and resource allocation.
• Lead and support our team, ensuring adherence to legal, ethical, and health standards.
• Foster a workplace culture that values diversity, mental health, and growth
• Handle patient relations, ensuring high-quality care and addressing concerns in line with our values.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations and/or practice management.
• Deep respect for and understanding of Christian values and their application in a healthcare setting.
• Experience working with churches and Christian NGOs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
