Organisational Development Consultant

You'll be a part of our Culture, Inclusion & People Risk team and based in either Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney. You will focus on enhancing the culture, capability and wellbeing of Allens.

As An Organisational Development Consultant, You Will
 

• Support with the design and implementation of comprehensive strategies, frameworks, and action plans to enhance organisational capability and shape culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritise, and address organisational challenges in areas such as culture, change, people risk, wellbeing, and inclusion.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify opportunities for capability uplift in areas aligned to our strategic priorities in People and Development and Allens more broadly.
• Assist with the delivery of our project portfolio including uplifting capability in change management, wellbeing, inclusion, leadership development, and employee listening.
• Work closely with our Organisational Development Manager and Wellbeing and Inclusion Manager to bring our people and culture ambitions to life.
• Support and extend organisational development and capability across the People & Development team.
